Passo Tonale, as the name suggests, is a high mountain pass linking the regions of Trentino and Lombardy. The highest point of the resort is sits 3000m above sea level on The Presena Glacier. This resort is great for early and late season snow conditions.
This is a high altitude resort which benefits from having a plateau where the slopes are ideal for beginners and those finding their ski legs. The lifts are in the village within walking distance of your accommodation. The lift system is modern and quick, so progression is rapid and they'll soon head into the area of Ponte di Legno where the blues turn to wide reds and some lovely tree lined runs. With the glacier on your doorstep, this is a snow sure resort all season long.
Offering great value for money, essentially Tonale is a one street town with everything you need on hand. The architecture is generally typical Alpine chalet style and there's plenty for your group to do whilst your not on the slopes including a natural ice rink and swimming at the Ponte di Legno indoor pool.
As you can imagine the scenery is breath-taking, and with the resort being so high enjoys more sun than most.
Tonale is the Adamello ski area which gives access to 100km of slopes using the 28 lifts that are predominantly chairlifts and gondolas. The longest run is the Presena Glacier - Pontedilegno red run at a whopping 11km in length.

We have several hotel options in Tonale - All offer good standard accomodation with easy access to the slopes and local amenities. All the hotels we use are family run, where pride and a smile are the first things you see and feel when you arrive. Many of the properties hold single groups (of approx 50 people) but we also have other hotels that cater for larger groups.
The hotels offer a full board package with continental style breakfast, with cereals, breads, jams, fruit etc, 2 course hot lunch (in the hotel) & 3 course evening meal.
All rooms are en-suite and there is access to WIFI
